This is an intermediate friendly ski trip for those who are comfortable winter camping, and can already survival ski.
Conrad Koziol is taking on the organization of this trip. Katherine Valentine will be leading the trip.
See Intro to Backcountry Skiing main articlefor a detailed equipment list. Pay special attention to the "Ski Hardware" and "Avalanche Safety Gear" sections. Avalanche transceivers, shovels, and probes are mandatory for this trip. You should have boots that fit your feet, and skins that match your skis.
