Take the Indian Arm spur off the Mamquam Road (right fork at 3.7km). This road is usually plowed in the winter. Drive 6.5km up this road, then drop to the river on an old logging spur to a bridge and stay on the high spurs of this logging road until the end of the road is reached.

Route

Carry on straight ahead, across the slash to the edge of the trees and parallel to the creek on the left side. Cross to the left side of the creek (Omer Lake is up to the right) and continue along th ecreek to the meadows. The valley veers to the right (south). Cross the creek from Stawamus Lake (steep sides) and continue southwards to Stawamus Lake and Lockh Lomond.
