Club Names

The proposed constitution seems somewhat amibuguous about which club it is referring to (VOC Okanagan vs VOC vs Varsity Outdoor Club vs VOC Vancouver). To address this ambiguity, only VOC or VOCO should be used to refer to the two clubs respectively, since there are the acronyms for the proper club names. I'm not even sure it's a good idea to mention the VOC in the VOCO constitution at all, since from what I've heard the VOCO is supposed to be an independent club. From my experience with the VOC, club constitutions are hard to change once written, so it's perhaps better to just make it independent from the start. Afterall, the VOC constitution won't have any clauses prescribing cooperation with VOCO. Joint projects will still be possible of course, they just won't be implied by the language of the constitution.

Also, perhaps mentioning something specific as a wiki in the constitution might be a bit short sighted. In 10 years there may be better ways to communicate than the outdated wiki.
