I. Upcoming Events and Trips
1) Semi-Alcoholic Traverse - July 4-5
The plan is to do the "Alcoholic Traverse", almost. What's nominally called the alcoholic traverse is going from Mt. Brew (where the VOC build their Brew Hut) to Brandywine. This is normally considered a 3 day traverse. We're going to cut out Mt. Brew and instead traverse from Brandywine to Cypress (which is across the valley from Brew) which should bring it within weekend range. Besides - the views from Cypress will be better anyway.

2) Ultimate Frisbee - Wednesdays
If you are unable to score yourself an extra-long Canada Day long weekend, you should come hang out at the beach instead! We'll be eating grilled things, sharing stories, planning upcoming adventures and generally having a good time! Hopefully someone can bring down a frisbee or slackline? Bring a towel for swimming! This is all going down at the same time and place as the usual Wednesday Night Ultimate games.

3) Non-work-related Brew Hut Excursion - June 27-28
Roland is going up to the Brew Hut this weekend and it sounds like he's still got a little room in his Sturdy Trooper if someone is interested.
