I. Upcoming Events and Trips

1) Mount Gardner - July 11th

This is a nice not-quite-beginner's hike leading to magnificent views of Howe Sound and Gambier Island, the Coast Mountains, the village of Gibsons, the Sechelt Peninsula, and even Vancouver. Mount Gardner is situated on Bowen Island and the weather should be sunny on Saturday.

2) Mount Price - July 18th - 19th

A beginner friendly trip to Mt. Price. We will hike up to Battleship Island campground on Garibaldi Lake on Saturday and attack the summit on Sunday morning, from where you can get good views of Table Mountain (where you can dream that maybe one day you can climb it...). Mt Price is a dormant volcanoe on the west side of Garibaldi lake.
