Ms Manners is the VOC's resident expert on mountaineering and outdoors etiquette, and answers questions from VOCers once a week in her advice column, here. Do you have a question for Ms Manners? Email the VOCene editor and it will be forwarded on to Ms Manners, with a reply posted the following week.
This is just a little PSA about the Garibaldi Park 2020 (https://secure.avaaz.org/en/petition/BC_Minister_of_Environment_Hon_Mary_Polak_Open_the_Garibaldi_Park_Master_Plan_and_Stop_Garibaldi_at_Squamish_Resort/?pv=5) petition on Avaaz: We're at 1800 signatures, and people are still signing it! That's awesome!
The VOC environmental committe is still meeting and I'm sure any help from anyone will always be appreciated. You could contact Devon Campbell or Else Bosman for more information.
