Backcountry skiing (beginner friendly) (http://www.ubc-voc.com/tripagenda/details.php?tripid=1315) November 19 --- tbc We will go for the day up to Red Heather in Garibaldi Park or maybe Mount Seymour. The purpose will be to learn the basics of backcountry skiing (putting on skins, skiing up hill, using edges, skiing (falling) downhill, etc.). Past Trips Ms. Manners enjoys sharing your trip pictures. Please send them her way (so that she doesn't have to harrass you to get them)! Long soak hot springs party weekend: Large crowd went to Skookumchuck hot springs and soent the weekend soaking in hot water.
