1) VOC Monthly Summer BBQ - Wed. August 3rd
Tonight! Come out for our summer BBQ, at Spanish Banks by the end of Tolmie St - 6:30 P.M.

2) Brew Work Hike � Sat. Aug. 6th - Sun. Aug. 7th
This will be round two of Summer 2011 Brew Flash-A-Thon. We need to finish getting new flashing installed on the Brew Hut, which is a beautiful place to visit anyways! Partaking in the flashing is strictly optional.

3) Stein Valley Traverse � Mon. Aug. 8th - Sun. Aug. 14th
An 80km traverse from Pemberton to Lytton - if you want a long and beautifully memorable trip this summer, this may be it!

4) Sphinx (Garibaldi Lake) workhike � Sat. Aug. 13th - Sun. Aug. 14th
It's time to do some work up at the Burton hut in beautiful Sphinx Bay of Garibaldi Lake. This trip will involve a fun route in (unless your idea of fun is the 6km flat across the lake in the winter)!

5) Tantalus Range Camp (postponed) � Fri. Aug. 12th - Mon. Aug. 15th
Postponed by a week. A weekend of scrambling+ in the extremely photogenic Tantalus range.

6) Harrison Hut trail recon, round 2 � Sat. Aug. 13th - Sun. Aug. 14th
A continuation of the necessary reconnaissance to re-establish a route to the Harrison Hut. Also a good opportunity to get beta for the upcoming hot springs season.
