We are extremely fortunate to have Don Grant, the Hollyburn Hut Society Archivist/Historian, provide us with a tour of the rebuilt Hollyburn Hut. Don Grant has been involved in the Hollyburn Restoration Project for many years and has a wealth of knowledge of the lodge and the history of the area. He is excited to talk about the hut, but also encourages any VOCers to share stories they have about the Hollyburn/Black Mountain area!

The itinerary for the morning is to hike Hollyburn Mountain, return to the parking lot to meet for a tour of the lodge, and then there will be a social lunch. Feel free to join for just the tour, but we recommend both the tour and the hike for the full experience! After the tour, the VOC will provide complimentary tea and coffee, and there will be a chance to purchase lunch at the lodge. The menu is provided below.
