Description:

Hi everyone,

This is another installment of the 2018 summer long weekend rock climbing adventures. In May, a group of 8 of us had an epic time down in Vantage climbing basaltic pillars and I'm looking forward to the next location we get to explore (and send!!).

The July Long Weekend has a STAT on Monday, July 2nd for the Canada Day holiday. Similar to the May Long Climbing trip, the location is subject to change based on weather and people's interests and the trip is very dependent on the number of drivers.

Since it will likely be a lot warmer this weekend, that will open up additional possibilities such as rock climbing spires in the North Cascades!! or potentially climbing in the Rockies (although that might be a little far). All suggestions are welcome though so please feel free to post on the message board all awesome places you can think of to spend a long weekend rock climbing.

Let me know if you have any quesions and I look forward to see a lot of stoked and friendly faces at the pretrip!
