Description:

Hi everyone,

I used to be part of the UNSW outdoors club in Syndey, Australia, and they had a weekly climbing session which was always a lot of fun. I think it would be fun to attempt to do that in the VOC.

For the next couple of months I am going to organise climbing sessions at the Hive on Monday nights.

The cost is $20.95 to drop in plus $5 to rent climbing shoes (if you don't own your own climbing shoes). Also, apparently the first time that you go, it costs $28.57 (plus $5 to rent shoes).

You can get other kinds of passes too:

Also apparently if you're under 19, you need a parent to sign a waiver on your behalf (if you're over 19, you have to sign a waiver the first time that you go).

The Hive is close to Main and 1st.

Here is their website:

Sign up if you're interested!

I'll be going on Monday nights, so hopefully people will join me!
