Hi runners!

In this weeks speedtraining we're training as follows:

6:00 pm: Rashpal Dhillon Track & Field Oval: Warm up in the woods
6:20 pm: 4 series à 1500m: 1.) 1500m; 2.) 3 x 500m; 3.) 1000/500m; 4.) 5 x 300m

Breaks within the series: 2.) 30", 3.) 1', 4.) 100m jogging pause

Brakes between the series: 4 Min.

7:00 pm: Cool down
