Schedule October 18th:

  • 6:00 pm: Rashpal Dhillon Track & Field Oval: Warm up in the woods
  • 6:20 pm: Hillreps on Trail 5/6: 8 x 60 s, 3 minutes rest between
  • 6:50 pm: Cool down
