Hi runners!
This week we're training as follows:
 
6:00 pm: Rashpal Dhillon Track & Field Oval: Warm up
6:20 pm Speedtraining
A) 15min in groups of two, running in the opposite direction, alternating speed (slow-fast) when passing partner.
10 minutes break
B) 10x30 secs 100% , 1min break
5 minutes break
C) 3x400m 100%, 1min break
7:10 pm: Cool down
