Description:

Are you not going to mexico and Tofino for the week and want to get out-and-about a bit?

This trip is really easy going, and welcoming to any VOCer. We're going to snow shoe up to Red Heather Hut, eat lunch, hang out and head back to the cars before sun down. The hike to Red Heather is arorund 2 hrs snowshoeing, and your more than welcome to ski up if you have the gear, then you can have a day of skiing!

This trip is fully dependent on cars (so if you have a car with snow tires and want to go for a winter hike you should sign up!! ). The road to the trail head is a logging road and sometimes requires chains.
