Description:

Are your skis actually slower with the skins off? Is your base looking a little dry? Do you slide and fall on every patch of ice?

THEN IT'S TIME FOR A TUNE!

I'll be teaching the ancient art of ski tuning in the clubroom. We'll go over sharpening your edges, waxing your bases and maybe fixing holes in your ski. After demonstrating, I'll hang around the clubroom to help anyone who wants to tune their own skis. If you're bringing your own skis, please bring $5 to pay VOC for wax. I've never tuned a snowboard but boarders are welcome, it's just a super wide ski. I WILL NOT go over adjusting bindings since I've only done it a few times and I don't want to be involved if someone blows up their knee. Also, I might show you how to ptex holes in your bases but it depends on whether or not the clubroom has p-tex and how ok we ll are with inhaling it
