Start: Saturday, Oct. 3rd
End: Sunday, Oct. 4th

Description:

We might drive up Friday after work and camp at the car Friday night.  We might dine at Pemberton Macdonalds on the way.  We might get up bright and early Saturday morning and hike up to the hut.  We might go extremely slowly if we are carrying the chain saw and the grinder.  Projects include cutting up some annoying trees lying across the trail about 400m from the hut and converting them to firewood.  We might cut the lock off the money box as the lock seems to be un-unlockable and replace with a new lock.  We might sleep in the nice warm hut if it isn't too Covid-y.  Sunday more of the same then we return to the car, to Macdonalds in Pemberton, and eventually not too late to Vancouver.

If you have never gone on a VOC trip, would this be suitable?  Sure.  I'm not very tough.

You will need boots.  A sleeping bag.  For other needs, email me.  We will not have a pre-trip meeting.
