Description:

Trip organizers: Thanh To and Arielle Garsson

Do you like cycling? Do you want to get out this weekend but not too far because you have work to do? Or do you want to explore one of the longest car free bike trail in the Lower Mainland?

Join us this sunny Saturday (according to forecast) on a ride to the Seymour Conservation Reserve.

The plan is to meet at the Kitsilano Grounds for Coffee at 7am and then bike toward the Seymour Conservation Reserve. We will then try to make our way to Seymour Lake, have lunch somewhere along the way, and return home.

I will be a 70km round trip ride with 700m elevation total. We are looking to average 15-20 km/h so it is very begineer friendly. We are also begineers ourselves. There are also many bus stops along the way in case you can't continue home

What to bring:

  • A bike
  • Water
  • Food for lunch
  • Snacks
  • Warm clothes
  • Lights (in case it gets dark on the way back)
  • Spare tubes and repair kit (optional but recommended)

COVID: We will maintain social distancing. Please no sharing of food and water. Please refer to the COVID guidelines for more information.
