Start: Monday, Oct. 18th, 5:00 pm

Description:

It looks like we might finally have a dry day on Monday after the non-stop rains, let's take a break from homework and assignments and go for a ride.

There were also a lot of discussions from the previous rides that current beginner-friendly rides are not that beginner-friendly, so we will make this one super chill and easy.

The plan is to meet at the water fountain on Main Mall at 5 pm, head out, and link up with those not on campus at Grounds for Coffee (10/alma) at 5:15 pm. We will follow the seaside bike paths to the sea wall at Stanley Park.

We will be going at a party pace. No one will be drop, we will go as slow as we have to.

The total ride would be 35 km, with minimal elevation (except for the dreaded UBC hills T.T)

What to bring:

  • a bike
  • spare tube (if not, please be prepared to take the bus back)
  • lights

There will be no pre-trip. Please sign up and show up! If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email.

See you there!
