Potluck
We’re having a potluck! Bring serving utensils for your dish and a plate/utensils for eating off of.
Wear a mask except for when eating. You must eat sitting down at a table (provincial health rules).

Meeting (official business, club announcements) will start at 7:30pm. Please show up before then!

Come celebrate the end of term and the start of ski season with us! The VOC is excited to announce our first winter Rage-GM! (A rager and a general meeting all in one).
We have a few announcements we need to get through for the meeting portion of the event, then we will have the rest of the evening to socialize and celebrate! There will be kegs (beer and cider), and alcohol will be available for purchase for $2. Make sure to BYOC (bring your own cup) if you would like to have a beveragino (or two..).
The AGM will be held at Mel Lehan Hall in St. James Community Square (3214 W 10th Ave). As with all VOC trips you must be vaccinated to attend, and masks will be required since this is an indoor event.
Please sign up as interested if you want to come so we can have an idea of numbers (needed for covid-safety reasons). Stoked to see you all there!!
