Description:

(Sorry, last minute decision. )

Red Heather is probably THE most beginner friendly destination for backcountry skiing. The plan is to go leave Vancouver at 6, drive to the upper parking lot if possible, and have one or two laps to Paul ridge. We may even start a fire at the warming hut if it is wet and cold.

Helmet is required. AST is recommended but not required. Avi gear is much recommended, we may practice how to use it.
