Description:

More information coming soon, so watch this page

It's that time of year again where we get together for a potluck and good times, and squeeze a little bit of business in too. We've got a few less exciting things like exec election results and budget updates, and a few more exciting things like the journal release, photo contest winners, and VOC awards. Once the business is over (which is as quickly as we can), we've got plans for a social with a potluck and some kegs and I've heard some rumours of table bouldering if we're lucky.

Where: St James Community Square (10th and Tructch). https://goo.gl/maps/i86yP8ucmEXC8iBR9

When: Wednesday March 23rd, time 6:00pm, business starts at 6:30

What to bring: Potluck contribution. Plate and cuttlery so we don't need single-use. A mug/nalgene for beer or cider. Cash for the aforementioned beer or cider ($5/L for beer, $3/can for cider). Stoke

If you haven't already, vote for next year's execs and VOC Awards
