Description:

A very spontaneous trip idea for those who feel kept up in between! In between the seasons and in between in-resort and backcountry skiing ... heck, maybe in between lots of other things?

Just saw that Fraser Valley approved a massive expansion of the Sasquatch resort. It is located two hours east of Vancouver, close to Harrison Springs. I have been interested in exploring the suggested area for a while but never got around it. This is a leisurely trip, beginner-friendly. I'm going to be on skis but snowshoers could join too. This is a trip about looking and exploring and camping, so if you are into that, tag along!

Must have: winter camping gear (it might snow overnight)

I would leave Vancouver between 3pm and 5pm on Friday (tonight!) (traffic will most likely delay us), camp at a nearby campground, e.g. Chehalis. On Saturday morning I would then drive up to the resort to look around and explore before heading back rather early, around 3pm.

Text me in case you want to join, that way I will see it in time! I have 2-3 car spots atm.
