Description:

I'm not sure if I'm currently fit enough to finish a triple crown, but this seems like an effective way to find out.

Join me on September 2 to bike up Seymour, Grouse and Cypress in that order. Starting and finishing on or near campus, the ride should be roughly 130-140km and more than 2500m of elevation gain (bring snacks!) If you're coming from elsewhere, we can meet you somewhere along the way. For reference, I'll be doing the ride on a road bike, but any bike should get you through it as long as it's in reasonable condition.

I could definitely be convinced to end the ride at Rain or Shine or somewhere similar.

Pre-trip meeting will probably be replaced with email/Whatsapp faff unless there is an unexpected amount of interest in the ride. The trip could also possibly be pushed a day earlier to Thursday, September 1st to avoid any long weekend traffic on Friday afternoon, although I'm not sure that'll actually be a problem coming back into the city.
