Hey people of VOC,
Don’t feel like cycling this Friday? I’ve got the perfect last-minute alternative for you: a hike up Coliseum Mountain! This 22km trail in North Vancouver is not for the faint of heart, but those who summit it are rewarded with some impressive views!
The plan is to be at the trailhead by about 7 AM and be back at the same spot by about 5 PM. This means getting up nice and early and catching a 5:30 AM bus (yes, no car needed!) from UBC. You might be able to get a few precious minutes of extra sleep if you live closer to North-Van, but you'll probably get to see an amazing sunrise!
