Hey friends,
Myself and fellow member/local hooligan, Marie Benson, are planning on going up to Elfin Lake to get a start on our outdoor seasons and get a final hike in before the weather turns. If this sounds like something you would be interested in we'd love to have you along. Especially if you have a car because right now we don't have access to one!
Were planning on heading up early saturday (oct 15th) and staying the night. This is a pretty accessible trail so we figure well be camping in tents. This trip requires no experience but it does require you to have some gear (sleep system, backpack, shoes). We might end up sharing tents to reduce our footprint and cooking gear can be shared if you don't have that stuff.
Were hoping to keep the group smallish so first come first serve, unless you have a car. We have to make reservations so please let us know sooner rather than later.
