Description:

Hey, I'm looking for some buddies to do a day trip into Whistler backcountry. If the conditions are mellow, we'll go. Otherwise, we might just have a resort day. My plan is pretty flexible at this point but I'd like to do Cowboy Ridge just past the Musical Bumps.

I'd like to stress that I am NOT an experienced backcountry skiier, I just completed my AST-1 last weekend. As such I would greatly appreciate some more experienced VOCers to take the lead when we get off Piste.

Id like to keep the group relatively small (4-5) for easy logistics. I don't own a car so having access to one would be a huge help. Otherwise, we will probably split an evo (I'll drive) for the day, which is cheaper than the bus if we fill the car up. The bus is a last resort because I hate being dropped off downtown with all my gear.

If you have any questions, email me at [email protected] or text me.

AST-1 is a minimum requirement
