Description:

Looking to get an early start on the voc summer skinny dip challenge? Or just go for a run in the woods and then egg your cohorts into some cold water? Welcome to the trip.

The plan is to trek out to Anmore in the morning and dip Sasamat Lake and Buntzen Lake, then run north to McCombe Lake and tick a third dip there before returning to Anmore. Anywhere along the way we may deign to pause and enjoy the scenery, and in classic voc style we could close the day out with a visit to a pub etc. on the way back into town.

The total running distance will likely be in the range of 11-15 km, depending on the route we choose to take. And it will be on trails or service roads. It is not necessary to run super fast, but the goal IS to make it a run rather than a hike, in the interest of time.
