There are a few lookout points along the way that offer great views of Mount Seymour. When you get to the summit you will look onto Mt Seymour to your left, the Seymour Demonstration Forest below you, and Vancouver and beyond to the south. Here's the trail map. Sections of the trail are steep, but it's a short hike. This is a great trip to test out your abilities if you're a beginner or a great workout for an experienced hiker.
