Description:
As the tallest peak in the North Shore, Mt Brunswick boasts some incredible views. Due to some terrible weather while I was hiking the HSCT last summer, I didn't get a chance to climb it. So join me as i knock off my first hike of the season!
stats: 14km out and back, ~1500m elevation gain. some steep exposed scrambling at the top. seems like there is still a lot of snow above 1400m, but has been done without spikes.
you should have some hiking experience to come on the trip. this is a longer trail with a decent amount of elevation gain. message me if you want to come, but not sure if it's a right fit. personally, i would like to go for the true summit, but will assess the conditions when i'm up there.
