Organization Timeline
As far in advance as possible (just do it now)
- Decide whenthe Intronight will take place. A good time is a week or so after club days, that way you can advertise at clubdays and people will not have forgotten all about it.
- Book a room for the event (It should be able to fit more than 10 people). A room with a projector is best.
2-4 weeks before event
- Coordinate with the membership chair to modify the handout, so that it shows the informations for this years Intronight. Last years handout can be found here (ASAP)
One week before event
