Description:

Leave your exams at the snowline! Let's get out and celebrate the end of the semester with some end-of-season skiing on Gin Peak.

This tour will be a little over 10km and 1000m of elevation. We'll start near Whistler Olympic Park, then skin up to Gin Peak and ski down its north side to Rainbow Lake. From there, we may do more laps or explore a bit before heading back toward the trailhead.

For this trip you do not need AST-1, though you should have previous companion rescue experience. If you need gear from the clubroom, please contact me and we can work something out. There will be no pre-trip meeting; all organization will be via email faff.
