Description:
Cypress Falls is a beautiful climbing area in a creek setting, featuring slightly overhung single pitch sport climbs. The Cougar Crag wall (the main attraction) has been freshly re-permadrawed, allowing for escape at any clip. Grades run from slightly sandbagged 5.10c/d to 5.12b. Climbing ability of 5.11 recommended for cougar crag for maximum enjoyability! I'm alright with leading and setting up top ropes.
The nearby Tombstone Tower (possible rockfall danger) and Knucklehead crags have a couple mixed routes and a couple sport routes each.
I can bring my two bouldering pads as an alternative to cragging, there's some high quality boulders with clean landings in the park.
