Description:

Are you new to Vancouver and want to know where the MTB trails are?

Do you want to venture off-road with your bike?

Do you like gravel?

Did you sign up for the hot spring trip but it got canceled?

Then this is the trip for you!

The Fisherman's Trail (https://landyachtzbikes.com/gravel-ride-route-guide-vancouver/fishermans-trail/) in the Seymour Conservation Reserve is perhaps my favorite gravel ride in the Lower Mainland with 20km of compact gravel and forest service road, ending in a beautiful picnic area at the Seymour Dam.

For those living near UBC, we will leave Kitsilano Grounds for Coffee at 9 am. Then we will stop at E 1st and Quebec at 9:30 am to link up with those living in the city before heading out.

The ride is approximately 80 km roundtrip from UBC.

What to bring:

  • Gravel capable bike (Gravels, Hardtails, MTBs,...)
  • Water (There is also a fountain at the dam)
  • Lunch and snacks
  • Spare tubes

It is likely raining so please be prepared.

There is no pre-trip, please sign up and show up. Feel free to send me an email if you have any questions!
