Description:
Another AGM and another reason to get together with your VOC friends! Come by, listen to this year's club update, enjoy some good food, and have some drinks! This AGM will be the big one where we announce next year's exec team. Once voting opens I'll also post a link to the voting here.
Everything will happen at Mel Lehan Hall (St. James Community Center) from 7 pm - 11 pm. See y'all there!
Potluck:
- Bring food to share
- Bring stuff to serve your food with
- Bring utensils / plates to get food for yourselves
Beer and Cider:
- We'll get some kegs of beer and cider
- Bring a nalgene ($5 per fill)
- Bring cash for swag and drinks
- Two pieces of ID required
