Description:
You notice how the trip agenda’s plastered with trips like drinks at sphinx, brews at brew, hell, our club is funded off of nalgenes of beer. I’m not much of a drinker myself (excluding last AGM) but what I am is a lazy, smelly, washed out, pothead. So lazy I couldn’t think of a rhyme for the trip title.
What’s Happening:
meet at the auditorium in front of the forestry building (Sopron Gate into google maps) at 4:00. We’ll hang out/imbibe
Then a little bit later (maybe 20 minutes if we’re feeling cliché), let’s wander our way through pacific spirit, we can all stick together or go our separate ways.
Let’s just enjoy some nature and relax for a bit. Go get lost in the woods (potentially literally). Or just walk for 10 minutes and then zone out in Dons.
If you’re keen regroup at the clubroom after sunset (8:30pm) we’ll watch a flick. We can vote on that we’re there, I’m always stoked on a mountain movie, but can always be sold on a classic stoner flick.
Either way this is just about creating a good space to hang with old friends, meet some new ones, enjoy some nature, eat too much food, and probably fall asleep watching The Big Lebowski (or the Alpinist).
Please provide your own pot, whatever that means for you, I’ll roll up a bunch and always here to share, but don’t rely on someone else’s stash (that’s just etiquette)
And of course be safe, please. Don’t drive, know your limit, don’t ruin someone else’s time. This is going to be a good safe environment, if you don’t want to smoke and just hang, that’s kool, if it’s your first time, we can chat. I just want people to have fun and feel comfortable doing what they enjoy in nature.

4:00 Sopron Gate (forestry) - look for the guy with the orange backpack (that’s me)
- walk to pacific spirit, feel free to branch off, live your own adventure man (I will be hitting an obscene steps goal, and stopping somewhere for food)
- sunset’s at 8:15 so I’m keen to catch that probably at wreck or somewhere
