Description:

My plans fell through this coming weekend but looking at the weather I'd still like to get outside and do some skiing.

I'm hoping to put together a last-minute crew to get up to Brew Hut before the ski season is over. Based on some beta, the snow starts at R200, but we can probably drive to the summer lot. This means the approach will be less heinous but still with a few km of bootpacking.

Either way, let's bring some brews up and (hopefully) enjoy a beautiful sunset at the top. Free beer to the person who cooks the most elaborate dinner.

I'd also be keen to get out and do some laps on Sunday morning before heading back down (although I've never been to the area).

Snowshoers are welcome but priority will be given to people with AST and then skiers. This is not an instructional trip so please have at least some touring and overnight experience.

Pre-trip faff will be done via email/WhatsApp on Thursday or Friday. I have space for 4 others in my car.
