Description:

This trip is for people who want to get out to squamish to try some rock climbing...ideally this is a small group (4-6) people so we can keep it chill...but we can go over things like belaying, anchor building, and maybe even some sport climbing depending on the crew...idea is that hopefully by the afternoon you feel comfortable to go out by yourself.

Priority will be given to people who have a car or away to get to squamish and already have some gear (harness, shoes, helmet, belay stuff, rope, etc) as it might be hard to source gear from the VOC club room due to Rock Party this weekend. I have some extra personal gear but we'll see what we can make happen. If you want to buy gear for this trip send me a message and I can give you some pointers.

Hopefully we finish by like mid afternoon and then after that you can do whatever you want. I am also hoping to start the day pretty early...like 7:30am in Squamish kinda deal so we can get a good crag and get lots of climbing in and then peace before evening. I got other things I want to do this weekend.

Oh also, if you are going to Rock Party and still want to come on this, I don't think that is a good idea as you might learn what you would at Rock Party anyways and that would be waste of time and ticket for you and your instructor. But also like...it's your life.
