Mushrooms are having a moment right now, let's go out and admire some fungi on the north shore!
The tentative plan is to go out to the Seymore Canyon/Lynn Canyon Loop. We can transit there from UBC or potentially carpool if we have enough car spots. I'll print out little mushroom ID guides for everyone and we can ID as we hike! Expect to go at a slower pace than normal as we will likely be stopping a lot.
Note that this is NOT a mushroom foraging trip. Collecting mushrooms (or any other plants) in a regional park is illegal if you don't have a permit.
