Description:
Day trip to Heart Strings 9km / 1000m elevation gain. There is a short ridgewalk with some exposure. Looks like weather and avalanche conditions will be good on Sunday. We will likely leave a little early to avoid Whistler traffic.
If someone has a car and is willing to drive that would be great, otherwise I can get an Evo for 4 persons. No pre-trip meeting. Friday morning I will send out an email to all those on the interested list with a whatsapp group invite link. We can discuss logistics there. (If you see this after Friday can always email me for the group link)
Requirements:
- AST 1 or equivalent
- You are able to participate in the decision-making process
- Intermediate skiing ability, can ski blue/black runs in variable conditions
- This is not your first day skiing in the backcountry
