Description:
Another AGM and another reason to get together with your VOC friends! Come by, listen to this year's club update, enjoy some good food, and have some drinks! This AGM will be the big one where we announce next year's exec team, as well as talk club business for a bit, and have a slideshow presenting what we've been up to lately. We’ll have the rest of the evening to socialize with drinks and food. I hear that the bouldering table might even make an appearance…
Meeting (club announcements, official business) will start at 7:30pm. Please show up before then so we have enough members present to make quorum and keep the AMS happy.
There will be kegs, with beer and cider available for purchase for $5/liter. Make sure to BYON (bring your own nalgene!) if you would like to have a beveragino (or two...). Bring your 2 pieces of ID as well!
Potluck:
- Bring food to share
- Bring stuff to serve your food with
- Bring utensils / plates to get food for yourselves
Beer and Cider:
- We'll get some kegs of beer and cider
- Bring a nalgene ($5 per fill)
- Bring cash for swag and drinks
