Description:
The Garibaldi Neve traverse is one of those must-do trips for any backcountry skier. It is a 40 km trip in total, going from the elfin lakes area to the garibaldi lake area (here's a route description: http://www.trailpeak.com/trail-Garibaldi-Neve-Traverse-near-Squamish-BC-2893). We could either stay overnight at Burton Hut or camp mid-way, depending on what the group would prefer.
P.S. This is a trip geared towards people who have experience backcountry skiing and with glacier travel (at least enough for 40 kms of it within one weekend!).
