File:PhaceliaCreekRoad.GPX
12.5 km; Spur2; 2016: Driveable in high clearance vehicle to at least km 6 (near the bridge) and possibly a little further. Waterbars are mostly in first 2 km at 1100'. Rockfall along unstable stretch at 2600' may require clearing rocks. Bridge at 8 km is condemmed but useable; Runs up the S side of Phacelia Creek (the unnamed creek N of Lizzie Cr). Road crosses Phacelia Creek 3 times, and ends somewhere below Phacelia Mtn; Drive south on the Lillooet Lake Road till just after you cross Phaceila Creek, (the unnamed creek before Lizzie Creek). Then turn left onto the Lizzie Creek Mainline, and after 1 km turn left onto the subject road. Just beyond where you turn, the Lizzie mainline is completely washed out; NOTE: For those wishing to go up the main fork of Lizzie, there is a bypass trail about 400m up the north fork, (1170'), right where the road switchbacks for the first time. This trail circumnavigates the cliffs over the washout, and rejoins Lizzie Lake Main about a km later.
