Scott W's Couscous

  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • 8 Tbls dried vegetables
  • 600g couscous
  • 8 Tbls butter
  • 2 cups cubed cheddar cheese
  • optional: hot sauce


Add stock cubes and vegetables to 2 litres (may not be exact) of water and bring to a boil. Add couscous and butter, stir well. Turn off stove. Add cheese when water is absorbed and couscous is done, stir, serve. Add optional hot sauce. Serves 4. This whole recipe is pretty approximate, none of the quantities should be too crucial.
